Once you have chosen your timepiece, we will issue a contract that will be lasting till the delivery, afterwards an invoice will be given.

Delivery time and payment conditions


Further to our agreement we deliver the watch within three weeks. The payment should be done only by bank transfer.
The day of delivery of your watch we proceed with a full check up of the timepiece in order to be sure that it works perfectly , it is in the same good condition and correspond to the same model than it was the day when you tried as well as checked the watch before you have taken your final decision to purchase it.

Full refund


In case there is a hidden problem, for instance the watch was heart after you saw it with deep scratches that were not existing during your first check, or the calibre doesn't run normally or the model doesn't correspond to the description of the one you checked before, then you are entirely refunded. These clauses are written on the contract you have signed.
 
 

Warranted defects


Once the delivery is completed, it is not possible to give back the item, on the other hand the watch is covered by a one year of warranty that is covering all mechanical problems that were existing, hidden and could not be found before the delivery day.
 
 

Hearts and broken glasses


All type of broken glasses are not covered by the warranty. The watch service is entirely at your cost in case you are willing to make it during or after the warranty.
We ship the watches over all the world including France while using the agent forwarder DHL Express. The timepieces are insured during the delivery according to their selling value. The shipment and insurance cost are on behalf of buyers as well as the custom taxes for the ones living outside of E.U.
